Epoxy floor is a high-strength, wear-resistant and beautiful floor material with the advantages of seamless, solid texture, good chemical resistance, anti-corrosion, dustproof, easy maintenance and low maintenance cost. It is widely used in workshops, warehouses, underground parking lots and other places. Therefore, epoxy floor can be designed in a variety of ways according to different usage requirements: such as thin layer coating, self-leveling floor, anti-slip and wear-resistant coating, mortar coating, anti-static, anti-corrosion coating, etc. 

    Epoxy floor can be roughly divided into: epoxy resin terrazzo floor, epoxy resin colored sand pressed sand floor, epoxy resin self-leveling floor, epoxy resin mortar floor, epoxy resin flat coating floor. But no matter which type, if it is used blindly without maintenance during use, it will not only easily lead to dull surface, but also reduce the service life of the floor. 

  On the contrary, the correct use and maintenance methods can keep the floor as new and extend its service life. After the epoxy floor is completed and put into use, it should be maintained and cleaned. The maintenance of the floor is as important as the maintenance of the equipment, so we must maintain it regularly.

1. Floor cleaning: When cleaning the floor, first use a floor scrubber with a neutral detergent to clean the floor, then use a vacuum cleaner to clean the sewage on the floor, then dry the floor and wait for the next step.

2. Waxing: Use a wax mop to evenly mop the epoxy floor wax on the floor in the shape of "∞". When mopping, pay attention to dip the wax as evenly as possible each time, and operate from front to back. In addition, if it is a large area of epoxy floor waxing, multiple workers can be lined up in a row, wear shoe covers, and operate at the same time. After the waxing layer is dried, the waxing can be done again according to the actual situation, and the method is the same as the first time.

3. Polishing: After the wax layer is completely dry, the epoxy floor can be polished with a polishing machine and a polishing pad to increase the gloss of the floor.
