Founded in 1993, Yueyang Changde Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., which formerly belonging to the Group of Sinopec Yueyang Baling Branch. In 2001, Changde had a property right reform, in Sinopec Group system. And now Changde has become a environmental protecting national key high-tech enterprise, which Integrates research, production and marketing of fine chemical.

Changde adheres to our business philosophy ---"Technologically Producing, Honestly Operating". Changde is awarded as utstanding enterprises, financial resources advanced units, Yueyang City Trust-worthy units by Yueyang City and Yueyang Economic and Technological Development Zone. In 2001 we were titled High-Tech Enterprises in Hunan Province;In 2003 our leading Product Cyclohexene Oxide was certificated as the National Key New product by the National Science and Technology Department and General Administration of Quality Inspection Supervision etc. five ministries; In 2004 Cheangde was named Key High-Tech enterprises in Hunan Province,  and in 2005 we pass through the ISO9000 quality system certification and obtained the independent import and export certificate. In the same year we receive a country torch key project tasks, and enjoyed the National Development and Reform Committee¡¯s special financial support; in 2007 Changde was named national key high-tech enterprise; 2007 Yueyang City " Cyclohexene Oxide integration engineering center" is set up in our Company, which provide  a new platform for cyclohexene Oxide¡¯s researching.

Currently we have 102 staff in our company with 18 direct scientific and technical researcher, one doctor, 4 Master, 3 Senior Engineer, 6 Engineer in engineering and technology center. What is more,Changde employed three professors such as Hunan University as the companies technical consultants. Besides, Changde  also workes with the Chinese Academy of Sciences and other national key scientific research institutes in close long-term R & D cooperation.

There are four major categories 14 species of our products.  The key products are cyclohexene oxide and its downstream products, epoxy resin additive products, foaming agents and alcohol ketone resin products. And epoxy cyclohexane, n-pentanol near Products are being exported to 10 countries, controing over 70% domestic and international market share.

Changde has applied more than 10 patents. Our Cyclohexene Oxide R & D technology and producing capacity is uniques in our country  and abroad, becoming the leader in this field.
